2011 997.2 Turbo S came into us for a more sport sound upgrade in the form of the
Tubi Exhaust as well as a 20mm ride height adjustment via the
TechArt lowering spring kit.
In she comes for surgery...
Off comes the rear bumper, tail lights and heat shields:
And then the intercoolers:
Off comes the heavier and quieter/restrictive factory exhaust and cats:
On go the high-flow Tubi cats:
A shot of the complete exhaust system installed (along with a nice 18 pound weight saving):
Over to the rear suspension which is removed:
The
TechArt lowering spring kit is installed and works in conjunction with the factory PASM shocks:
The "before" shot with stock ride height:
The "after" shot and lowered a further 20mm:
And ready to go home!
