2002 996TT GT610 With Moton ClubSport Suspenion & Cargraphic Exhaust

The owner of this Seal Grey 2002 996 TT came to us with a completely stock car and has since transformed it into a 610HP street machine utilizing our popular EVO GT640 bolt-on kit. To keep it tight in the turns we installed the best available suspension for the job- the Moton Club Sport kit and H&R sway bars. This clutch was upgraded recently to a Stage III capable of holding up to 800HP. As fine an example of a 6speed GT610 car as one could get!

The first phase is remove the bumper, headers and stock turbos and install a
Cargraphic exhaust system for improved spool up and flow.

On the top-side we install the V-Flow intake system to allow for improved air induction. We also install the two top EVO boost hoses and diverter valves to prevent any boost leaks at this HP level.

To improve the spool up time and improve the flow we also installed the GT-Series headers with their longer equal-length tubes and Venturi-style merge collector.

Shown here is the custom GT28 Alpha turbo with a Garrett GT28 cartridge. A pair of these are used on the GT700 kit as well.

Before buttoning everything up a 5 bar fuel pressure regulator is installed along with upgraded GT2 intercoolers.

The belly of the beast is now looking, sounding and flowing very much like a 610HP car should!

Nothing but the best for this car as double adjustable Moton Club Sport suspension was chosen allowing for a low ride height and superb cornerning. Dampening is split up into separate compression and rebound adjustments.

To keep track of the AFR (air fuel ratio) and boost we installed our custom gauge kit.

Here she is ready for pick-up with the decklid exposed all you can see are some red boost hoses (also available in black) and the V-Flow intake system...

Showing off the ride height, the Kinesis K19R wheels give the car the classic 996TT look.
