This Polar Silver 996TT came into us for a mild Stage III power kit as well as for a Bilstein Coil Over kit and some 19 inch HREs.
Fresh meat for the grinder!
The first phase involves removing the restrictive (and quiet!) stock exhaust system:
On goes the Europipe Stage II exhaust system:
The EVO performance headers vs the stock units. The advantages of the longer tube equal length runners and merge collector become apparent:

Along with the performance software we also installed the EVO V-Flow intake system for a reduction in lag:
We then tackled the suspension and replaced the stock parts with the popular street-level Bilstein PSS9 coil over kit. We lowered the car 1.25 inches.

Over to the inside we installed the EVO pedal kit:
And of course the essential EVO/B&M short shifter kit (no 996 can go without this):
