If you have a 2007-2011 Turbo, GT2 or GT2RS, there's another potential coolant leak that should be addressed. The factory layout has three plastic coolant pipes that run from the heat exchanger and over time the pipes will wear, eventually causing a pin-hole leak that requires the whole engine to be removed in order to repair. We recommend our coolant pipes in order to solve this problem permanently:
The engine does require removal to install, so it's best to do these when performing the
GT1 coolant fix or rebuilding the engine.
